Hey All -

I'm Duane and presently have two S197 Mustangs; an '08 Bullitt (green), and an '09 KR (black). Looking forward to learning about the next generation. I'm one of those nuts who thinks we do want a lighter Mustang with IRS!

I LOVE how KR's look, especially the front end.
S550 needs a similar styling package

Thanks, I'll just be checking 'em out for a couple of model years ('till bugs are out, and power upgraded).

yea budddyyyy, love the bullits. The 2 modern versions have never been able to capture the feel of the original '68 but I;m glad they made them anyways. Doubt S550 will get a similar bullit treatment but im planning on doing it myself

Hows the KR treating ya? I've had the pleasure of piloting a friends a couple times and all i have to say is the thing has stupid power, just stupidly stupidly powered

These look like some very clean and well kept mustangs, got to love the KR. Are you going to keep the KR stock or have plans to modify it?
If it was up to me I'd probably get it lowered on some aggressive wheels at the least.

Thanks, guys.
The KR is going to be kept nearly stock; it's a pretty nice package from Shelby. Only mods I've done on it, was to replace the stock panhard bar with a poly-end adjustable, and a set of web electric sequentials.
The Bullitt got a few mods right away; same panhard bar as the KR, Vogtland lowering springs, Koni yellows, GT500 strut mounts and a set of Hotchkis anti-sway bars. Also, a Hurst billet+ shifter and sequentials. Debating on whether or not to add a blower to the Bullitt... It drives so well now, not sure if I should.
